We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, who has worked within the Legal or similar Professional sector. We work on a very bespoke client relationship with top quality candidates. This is very much a quality rather than quantity operation, with a very supportive team atmosphere and there is a very healthy existing client and candidate database ready for the new recruit to continue to develop.
You will have ample support and encouragement from the team and access to our huge database. We offer a 'state of the art' IT and recruitment software, with ample admin support and the chance to earn uncapped commission.

The role would ideally suit applicants with a Law Degree or approaching this standard looking for fresh challenge. You should also have an extremely outgoing personality and the ability and confidence to form warm and professional relationships with Clients and Candidates. You should be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage. On our part, we will offer the opportunity to learn the skills which can enable you to earn an excellent salary, with uncapped commission.
You will initially be attached to a Senior Consultant and act in a supporting role. During the majority of your training period, you will be instructed, on a one to one basis and mentored by your Senior Consultant, with a view to developing your role into that of a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant.
During your training, you will need to provide support for the Senior Consultant. You will deal with telephone calls and speak to Clients and Candidates on such matters as initial registrations, and do database work and deal with more general queries, prior to progressing to more senior work.
Working in Recruitment is a fast paced demanding environment. You should have first class communication skills and be highly motivated and committed to offering a quality service.
